ZOGO “LEARN & EARN” APRIL PROMOTION 2026 — OFFICIAL RULES

SPONSOR: Farmers Insurance Federal Credit Union (“Sponsor”)
PROMOTION: Zogo “Learn & Earn” April Promotion 2026 (the “Promotion”)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR RECEIVE A REWARD. A purchase will not increase your ability to qualify however, participants must complete required educational modules to qualify. Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to individuals who, at the time of participation: (a) are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, and (b) are thirteen (13) years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law.

MINORS (AGES 13–17): If a participant is a minor in their state of residence, participation is permitted only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The parent/legal guardian agrees to these Official Rules on the minor’s behalf and is responsible for the minor’s participation.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and any other entity involved in the administration of the Promotion, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible.

Membership in Farmers Insurance Federal Credit Union is not required to participate or qualify.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on April 1, 2026 and ends at 5:00 p.m. PT on April 29, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s and Zogo’s systems are the official timekeeping devices for the Promotion.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE / HOW TO QUALIFY

A. HOW TO ACCESS ZOGO

Download the Zogo mobile app (iOS/Android) and enter Sponsor’s access code FIGFCU when registering. Then go to Games, and enter code 6G4R to participate in the promotion.

B. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT

To qualify, a participant must fully complete six (6) unique Zogo modules during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Completion”).

C. WHAT COUNTS / WHAT DOESN’T COUNT

  • Only modules that are fully completed and started and completed during the Promotion Period count.
  • Modules completed before April 1, 2026 do not count.
  • Repeating the same module does not count toward the six (6) required completions.
  • Sponsor and/or Zogo may disqualify activity that appears fraudulent, automated, manipulated, or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules or Zogo’s platform terms.

D. QUALIFIER CAP (FIRST 250)

Rewards are available only to the first two hundred fifty (250) participants who complete the Qualification Requirement during the Promotion Period (the “Qualifiers”). Once 250 Qualifiers are reached, Promotion rewards will stop, and users will continue earning at the standard institution earn rate through the remainder of the Promotion Period.

4. REWARD

  •  Each Qualifier will receive coins with an approximate retail value of $5, which may be redeemed within the Zogo platform for available rewards (e.g., gift cards), subject to Zogo’s terms and availability. Coins are not cash and have no cash value outside the platform.Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Reward: $5.00
  • Total ARV of all Rewards available: $1,250.00 (250 × $5.00)

Rewards are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash by Sponsor.

5. REWARD DELIVERY

Rewards will be applied on a weekly basis after a participant completes the Qualification Requirement, subject to processing and verification. Sponsor is not responsible for delays due to technical, platform, or processing issues.

6. CONDUCT; DISQUALIFICATION

By participating, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the participation process or operation of the Promotion, violating these Official Rules or applicable Zogo terms, or engaging in disruptive or fraudulent conduct.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) late, lost, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected participation activity; (b) technical failures of any kind (including app, network, hardware, software, or service disruptions); or (c) any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation or use of any Reward, except where prohibited by law.

8. PRIVACY

Information collected by Zogo in connection with use of the Zogo platform is subject to Zogo’s privacy practices and terms. Sponsor’s website privacy practices apply to use of Sponsor’s website and related services. Participants (and parents/guardians of minors) should review applicable privacy notices and terms before participating.

9. TAXES

Any federal, state, or local taxes or fees associated with receipt or use of a Reward are the sole responsibility of the recipient (or the parent/legal guardian, as applicable).
