Tulee makes managing your financial life easier. Use Tulee’s Tools to transfer money, deposit checks, pay bills, find an ATM, and more. Please scroll down to view all our current Tools. Use the ones you need – and hide them on Tulee’s home screen when you’re done.

Here’s how to enroll:

You will need to enroll each member number separately, including business or trust accounts. 

  1. Download the Tulee app or visit tulee.figfcu.org
  2. Click on the “Enroll link”
  3. Enter:
    • Member Number (do not include any leading zeros)
    • Last 4 digits of SSN
    • Date of Birth
  4. Verify identity (text, email, or phone)
  5. Create new Username and Password – Your previous Online Banking username and password won’t work.

What happened to Zelle®? 
Our External Transfers Tool replaces Zelle and allows you to send money to ANYONE.  All you need is a phone number or email.

However, to continue to send and receive money using Zelle, members must enroll their mobile number and FIGFCU debit card using the Zelle app. Click here for instructions of how to set up the Zelle app

  • Note: you can only send money through Zelle to others who have Zelle. If they don’t, you will need to use another payment service like Venmo, Cashapp, or our External Transfers Tool. 

What is Tulee?
Tulee is our next-generation digital banking platform. It creates a personalized experience by giving you the power to choose the apps and services you want to use. We call these apps “Tools.”

Where did the name come from?
What’s in a name? “Tulee” derives from the word “tool” and the financial toolkit that our new digital banking platform represents. Every individual service in this kit (these appear visually as squares or tiles) is called a “Tool.” And there you have it! Tulee and its Tools. Straightforward and easy to understand, just like our platform! 

What information do I need to enroll?
The information you need depends on if you’re enrolling a personal account or an organization (business or trust) account.
•    Personal accounts need: Member Number, Last 4 Digits of SSN, and Date of Birth
•    Business or trust accounts need: Member Number, Last 4 Digits of EIN, and Email Address

Can I use my previous Online Banking username?
No, you cannot use your previous Online Banking username. You must enroll with new credentials. 
•    Username must be between 8 and 40 characters in length
•    Username cannot include your member number
•    Username cannot be your email
•    Password must be between 8 and 64 characters in length
•    Acceptable special characters for both username and password: # ? ! @ $ % ^ * -

If I have multiple membership accounts, do I need to register all of them?

Yes, you should enroll all your membership accounts. 

I have both a Personal and Organization (Business and/or Trust). Do I have to enroll both? 
Yes. You should enroll their individual and organization profiles separately. We do not allow members to co-mingle these type of accounts.

I have a joint owner on the account. Can they enroll in Tulee too?
Currently, Tulee is only available to members that have a member number. After our launch this summer, we will be working on improving the enrollment capability.

How will I be able to transact on my accounts in Tulee?
Tulee has the following capabilities:
•    View of Accounts
•    Transaction History
•    Bill Pay
•    Money Transfers
•    Skip-A-Pay
•    Recurring Payments

How do I make Credit Card payments?
You will be able to pay your Credit Cards one of the following ways:

  • Via the Internal Transfers Tool
  • While logged into Tulee via the Communication Center, select Transaction Request
  • Contact us by phone or chat to set up an automatic pre-authorization (only for minimum payments or full balances) or send your request via the Tulee Communication Center, select Transaction Request

Are Quicken and QuickBooks users affected?

This upgrade will require that you make changes to your QuickBooks or Quicken software, so please take action to ensure a smooth transition to our new platform. Find the Quicken and QuickBooks conversion instructions here.

How do I remove an account from the Accounts carousel?

Follow the following steps to move or hide an account from the Accounts carousel:

1. Click on Account Settings.

2. Click the eye icon to hide the Tool. It will turn gray. To bring a Tool back, click the gray icon until it turns green again.

3. Save your settings.
