The Future of Digital Banking

Tulee is our next-generation digital banking platform launching June 23rd. You’ll have the ability to choose the services you need – and hide them when you’re done. We call these services “Tools".

Although banking transactions aren’t visible in Tulee now, we’re asking all our members to enroll today. This will help reduce the number of calls on the day we launch, allowing us to keep hold times low.

Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Download the Tulee app or visit tulee.figfcu.org
  2. Click on the “Enroll link”
  3. Enter: Member Number, Last 4 digits of SSN, & Date of Birth
  4. Verify identity (text, email, or phone)
  5. Create new Username and Password – Your current Online Banking username and password won’t work.

What is Tulee?
Tulee is our next-generation digital banking platform launching this summer. It creates a personalized experience by giving you the power to choose the apps and services you want to use. We call these apps “Tools.”

Do I have to enroll now?
Enrolling now gives you time to adjust to the Tulee platform before our official launch this summer, and helps you avoid last minute headaches. 

What information do I need to enroll?
The information you need depends on if you’re enrolling a personal account or an organization (business or trust) account.
•    Personal accounts need: Member Number, Last 4 Digits of SSN, and Date of Birth
•    Business or trust accounts need: Member Number, Last 4 Digits of EIN, and Email Address

Can I use my current Online Banking username?
No, you cannot use your current Online Banking username. You must enroll with new credentials. 
•    Username must be between 8 and 40 characters in length
•    Username cannot include your member number
•    Username cannot be your email
•    Password must be between 8 and 64 characters in length
•    Acceptable special characters for both username and password: # ? ! @ $ % ^ * -


If I have multiple membership accounts, do I need to register all of them?

Yes, you should enroll all your membership accounts.

I have both a Personal and Organization (Business and/or Trust). Do I have to enroll both? 
Yes. You should enroll their individual and organization profiles separately. We do not allow members to co-mingle these type of accounts. And for a limited time, members who enroll both accounts will receive $10 deposited to their Membership Savings account. 

I have a joint owner on the account. Can they enroll in Tulee too?
Currently, Tulee is only available to members that have a member number. After our launch this summer, we will be working on improving the enrollment capability.

I can’t see my transactions in Tulee now. Why?
Tulee will have full transaction info after the official launch this summer. To see your accounts and transactions, you must log into the current Online Banking site. 

When will I be able to transact on my accounts in Tulee?
Tulee will have the following capabilities after the official launch this summer:
•    View of Accounts
•    Transaction History
•    Bill Pay
•    Money Transfers
•    Skip-A-Pay
•    Recurring Payments

Tulee Enrollment Sweepstakes®


1. During the contest period May 15th to June 23rd 2023, the contest organizer, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, fulfillment or administration of the “Tulee Sign Up Sweepstakes 2023®” and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate or win. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

How to Enter: FIGFCU members who first time download and enroll in the Tulee program during the promotion period of 05/15/2023 through 06/23/2023, and being randomly selected as a weekly winner from all qualified enrollees.

FIGFCU’s contest organizers will draw one weekly winner during the time period of 05/15/2023 through 06/23/2023 who will receive $100 (One-hundred dollars). Members may have multiple chances of winning.  At the end of the contest, there will be 6 weekly winners. Weekly winner’s prize amount will be distributed by the Friday of the following week. Winners must have an active account and be in good standing at the time of the payout. Prize amounts will be posted to the member’s Primary Membership Account.

Participants can also enter by mailing in a 3 X 5 card with name, address, phone number and game name and date they are participating in, placed in a sealed envelope addressed to Marketing Department Attn: Tulee Enrollment Sweepstakes 2023®, 2255 North Ontario Street, Ste. 320, Burbank, CA 91504. (Limit of one entry per envelope, one entry per specific sweepstakes, and one entry per individual), FIGFCU is not responsible for late,  lost,  stolen,  misdirected,  mutilated or postage due mail. Illegible/incomplete or machine generated entries will be disqualified.


Only one entry per person - per period: Entrants will be automatically entered with a single enrollment to the Tulee Enrollment Sweepstakes® program. There would only be one eligible entry per “Member Account”. Selection of submission is at Sponsor discretion. Entries will not be acknowledged. Participation is open to residents of the 50 states of the United States and must be 18 years of age or older.

Conduct: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Drawing. Entrants further agree to comply with and be bound by decisions of Sponsor which shall be final in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be violating the terms of service, conditions of use and/or general rules or guidelines of any Sponsor property or service.

Prizes: One weekly winner will be chosen from qualified participants in the FIGFCU Tulee Enrollment Sweepstakes®; Download, and enroll in the FIGFCU Tulee program. Prizes will be awarded $100.00 (one hundred dollars) by the Friday of the following week with prize money deposited into the winner's Primary Membership Account. There will be 6 winners of $100 each. Winners will be selected from all entries received.

No substitutions or substitute of redemptions will be made. Expenses not specifically stated above, together with the reporting and payment of all applicable taxes, fees, and/or surcharges, if any, arising out of, or resulting from, acceptance or use of a prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. Sponsor will pay for delivery within the UNITED STATES.

Winner Selection and Notification: Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received/submitted. Prize winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility.

Winners List: The names of the prize winners may be obtained after June 30, 2023 by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to: FIGFCU Tulee Enrollment Sweepstakes® Coordinator, 2255 North Ontario Street, Ste. 320, Burbank, CA 91504.
