    6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

    A. Random Drawing

    The first potential winner selected may be designated the Grand Prize winner, and the next four potential winners may be designated the Additional Prize winners, as determined by Sponsor.

    Decisions of Sponsor regarding the administration of the Promotion and the selection of winners are final and binding in all respects.

    B. Notification

    Potential winners will be notified by telephone, email, and/or mail using the contact information provided at the time of entry or available in Sponsor’s records.

    Sponsor is not responsible for any change in entrant contact information or for any undeliverable, misdirected, blocked, or otherwise unsuccessful communications.

    If required by law or at Sponsor’s discretion, potential winners may be asked to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release, and/or any other documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor, within the timeframe specified in the notification.

    C. Forfeiture and Alternate Winners

    A potential winner may be disqualified and forfeit the prize if:

  • Required documentation is not completed, signed, and returned within the time specified;
  • The potential winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules; or
  • The prize is refused.
  • If a prize is forfeited, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

    D. Publicity

    Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, voice, and/or statements for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.
