Upgraded Digital Banking Coming This Fall

More Features. More Intuitive. More Control.

This fall, FIG Credit Union is upgrading digital banking. New features. A cleaner app. The return of a favorite. And tools that make managing your money and your business significantly easier. Here's what's coming.

Moving money is getting a lot easier.

Sending, receiving, and tracking your money is about to fit into your life, not interrupt it.

  • Zelle® is back: Send and receive money with virtually anyone who banks in the U.S., right from your app. Zelle replaces Pay A Person this fall and is for personal use. Zelle is not set up to send or receive business payments.
  • Self-serve wire transfers: Initiate domestic and international wires directly in the app. No forms, no emails. Track status, details, and confirmation number in real time.
  • Real-time payment receiving: Receive funds within seconds, in most cases, when sent through the Real-Time Payments network. (Available at launch for incoming payments. Sending via real-time payment coming later in 2026.)

Features you've been asking for.

You've told us what would make banking with us easier. Here's what to look forward to this fall.

  • Real-time mobile deposits: Deposit checks directly from the app. Funds availability is subject to our Funds Availability Policy.
  • Direct deposit switch: Move your direct deposit to FIG Credit Union directly within the app.
  • Credit score monitoring: New! SavvyMoney delivers an upgraded credit monitoring experience right inside the app.
  • Apple Watch Quick Balance: Check your balance right from your wrist.
  • Enhanced fraud detection: Smarter, behind-the-scenes protection for your accounts.

Things you already use, working better.

Some of your everyday tools are getting a quiet upgrade — same features, smoother experience.

  • Card Controls: Freeze or unfreeze our credit and debit cards, set limits, manage alerts, change your PIN, and add travel notices. Fully integrated, no separate app required.
  • Bill Pay: An updated bill pay system.
  • Statements: View and access your statements faster, right in the app.
  • Skip-A-Pay: Request a skipped payment without leaving the app.
  • Check reordering: Reorder checks in just a few clicks, right from your account.

Your accounts, history, and relationships stay exactly as they are.

We know a change like this can raise questions, so let's be clear about everything that isn't changing.

  • Your account numbers stay the same.
  • Your balance and transaction history will be there when you log in.
  • Your loan and deposit relationships are unchanged.
  • Your username and password will work as they do today. You may be asked to verify your identity the first time you log in.

Things to do before the upgrade.

  1. Update your contact information: Make sure we have your current mobile phone number and email address. We’ll use this to verify it’s you on your first login
  2.  If you use Pay A Person: Watch for a separate email from us. It'll walk you through exactly what to do before the switch.

For the first time, your business can bank here too.

No more separate banks for your personal and business finances. This fall, full business banking arrives at FIG Credit Union—checking, savings, money market, treasury tools, and more.

Yes. Usernames will be carried over to the upgraded app. During the first-time login process, you will enter your existing username and any password of your choosing. After you complete multi-factor authentication, you will be prompted to create a new password.

The existing Tulee app will be updated automatically to the new FIG Credit Union app. If you do not have automatic updates turned on, you will have to search for the FIG Credit Union app in either the Apple App Store or Google Play store and select the update option.

Pay A Person is being replaced by Zelle for personal memberships. Your existing history and payees won't transfer automatically. We'll send a separate email with full instructions. Zelle will also be available for business accounts, but it will be the same Zelle product that is available to Personal accounts. The small business Zelle product that allows businesses to accept payments will not be available.

Recurring member-to-member transfers will carry over for personal accounts only. If you have a recurring transfer from a Personal to a Business account, you will need to reinitiate that recurring transfer.

On day one, personal and business profiles have separate digital banking logins. Once you've logged in to both, you can view your personal and business accounts with a single sign-on. Being able to view a personal profile after logging into your business profile does not mean you can automatically view your business accounts after logging into your personal profile. You have to manually log into each profile before you can have access to both business and personal accounts with a single sign on.
