Loan Madness Sweepstakes Official Rules

Farmers Insurance Federal Credit Union (“Sponsor”)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR LOAN WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Entry in this Sweepstakes constitutes your acceptance of these Official Rules.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The “Loan Madness Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to individuals who, at the time of entry: (a) are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, and (b) are eighteen (18) years of age or older.

Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, U.S. military installations located in foreign countries, and where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its subsidiaries and affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and any other entity involved in the development, production, implementation, fulfillment, or administration of the Sweepstakes, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of any of the foregoing (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate or win. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

Membership in Farmers Insurance Federal Credit Union is not required to enter or win.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on March 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on April 6, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

In-branch entry is available during normal business hours at the participating branch location during the Sweepstakes Period.

3. HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals may receive entries into the Sweepstakes through any of the following methods. All entries have an equal chance of winning.

A. In-Branch Entry Methods (Participating Branch Only)

This Sweepstakes is offered only at the following participating branch location: Farmers Insurance Federal Credit Union – Round Rock Branch (104 Sundance Pkwy, Round Rock, TX 78681).

To enter in-branch, visit the participating branch during the Sweepstakes Period and complete one or more of the following qualifying actions. A staff member will provide an entry form or log your entry:

  1. Apply for an Auto Loan
    • One (1) entry will be awarded for submitting an auto loan application during the Sweepstakes Period.
  2. Apply for a Mortgage Loan
    • One (1) entry will be awarded for submitting a mortgage loan application during the Sweepstakes Period.
  3. Apply for a Home Equity Loan or HELOC
    • One (1) entry will be awarded for submitting a home equity loan or HELOC application during the Sweepstakes Period.
  4. Referral That Joins
    • One (1) entry will be awarded when you refer an individual who becomes a member of Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period (by April 6, 2026).
    • Referrals must be submitted through the participating branch in the manner required by branch staff.
    • Limit one (1) entry per referred individual who becomes a member during the Sweepstakes Period.

Important: Loan applications are subject to credit approval and Sponsor’s standard underwriting. A loan does not need to be approved or funded to receive an entry, provided a complete application is submitted during the Sweepstakes Period. No purchase required to enter or win. Submitting a loan application does not increase the chances of winning.

B. Mail-In Entry (No Branch Visit Required)

To enter without visiting a branch, applying for a loan, or making a referral, hand-print your name, mailing address, daytime telephone number, and email address (if available) on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a sealed, stamped envelope to:

Each properly completed and received mail-in entry will count as one (1) Sweepstakes entry.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than April 6, 2026 and received by Sponsor no later than April 13, 2026 to be eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, illegible, postage-due, or mechanically reproduced entries, which will be disqualified. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.

C. Entry Limits

Limit three (3) total entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry (in-branch and mail-in combined). Multiple entries beyond this limit will be disqualified.

4. CONDUCT

By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Entrants further agree to comply with and be bound by decisions of FIGFCU, which shall be final in all respects. FIGFCU reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be violating the terms of service, conditions of use, and/or general rules or guidelines of any FIGFCU property or service.

5. PRIZE(S)

One (1) prize will be awarded.

Prize: $50.00 deposited into the winner’s FIGFCU Membership Savings account. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $50.00.

  • Prize will be deposited within approximately 15 business days after winner verification is completed and eligibility is confirmed.
  • No substitution, transfer, or assignment of prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
  • Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes and any other costs not specifically stated in these Official Rules.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Winner Selection: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period (including eligible mail-in entries received by the deadline stated in the Mail-In Entry section). The drawing will be conducted on or about April 14, 2026.

Odds: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact information provided at entry. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within a reasonable time period designated by Sponsor, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing.

Verification: Winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where lawful) or other documentation requested by Sponsor before prize is awarded.

7. WINNERS LIST To request the winner’s name (available after winner verification is complete), send a written request with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
