Financial companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. Please read this notice carefully to understand what we do. All financial companies need to share member’s personal information to run their everyday businesses. In the section below, we list the reasons financial companies can share their member’s personal information; the reasons the Credit Union chooses to share, and whether you can limit this sharing. The types of personal information we collect and share depend on the product or service you have with us. 


This information can include: 1) Social Security number and name, 2) Account balances and transaction or loss history, 3) Credit history and checking account information 4) When you are no longer our member, we continue to share your information as described in the complete Privacy Notice. Should you enroll through TRUV services you will find their complete privacy policy at enrollment. 


California Privacy Laws: Farmers Insurance Federal Credit Union will not share personal information with non-affiliates either for them to market to you or for joint marketing. We limit our sharing of personal information about you with our affiliates to comply with all California privacy laws that apply to us. We will share personal information about you with our affiliates only based on your authorization.
