When you sign in to Online Banking, you will see a new screen that informs you that your Credit Union will be collecting security questions and answers to further protect your accounts.
You will be asked to select and answer five questions that are easy for you, but difficult for someone else to answer.
Before confirming your questions and answers, you will have the opportunity to review your settings for accuracy and make any necessary changes. Be sure to remember your answers!
You will have one last opportunity to review your security questions and answers as well as your phone numbers for accuracy.
