Stars and Stripes Loan Sweepstakes 2026 Official Rules
NO PURCHASE, ACCOUNT OPENING, LOAN APPLICATION, LOAN APPROVAL, OR LOAN NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, ACCOUNT OPENING, LOAN APPLICATION, APPROVED LOAN, OR FUNDED LOAN IS NOT REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. ENTRY IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
1. Eligibility
The Stars and Stripes Loan Sweepstakes 2026 (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to individuals who, at the time of entry:
(a) are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia;
(b) are eighteen (18) years of age or older; and
(c) are eligible Round Rock Book of Business members or prospective members otherwise identified by Sponsor as eligible for the Round Rock branch campaign.
Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, U.S. military installations located in foreign countries, and where prohibited by law.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its subsidiaries and affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and any other entity involved in the development, production, implementation, fulfillment, or administration of the Sweepstakes, as well as the immediate family members and persons living in the same household of any of the foregoing, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate or win.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.
New and existing members may be eligible, subject to the eligibility requirements stated in these Official Rules. Membership in FIG Credit Union is not required to enter or win through the mail-in entry method.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on July 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on July 31, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). In-branch entry is available during normal business hours at the participating branch location during the Sweepstakes Period.
3. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals may receive entries into the Sweepstakes through any of the following methods. All eligible entries have an equal chance of winning within the applicable prize drawing.
A. Qualifying Product Entry Methods — Round Rock Branch / Campaign QR Code or Link
This Sweepstakes is offered only through the following participating branch location:

To enter through a qualifying product action, use the campaign QR code or campaign link provided by Round Rock branch staff, or visit the Round Rock branch during the Sweepstakes Period, and complete one or more of the following qualifying actions: Apply for an Auto Loan Two (2) entries will be awarded for submitting a complete qualifying Auto Loan application during the Sweepstakes Period.
Apply for a Mortgage Loan or Home Equity Loan
Two (2) entries will be awarded for submitting a complete qualifying Mortgage Loan or Home Equity Loan application during the Sweepstakes Period.
Important: This Sweepstakes is not a credit advertisement and does not include information regarding loan rates, terms, or credit costs. Loan applications are subject to credit approval and Sponsor’s standard underwriting. A loan does not need to be approved or funded to receive entries, provided a complete qualifying loan application is submitted during the Sweepstakes Period. No purchase, account opening, loan approval, or funded loan is required to enter or win.
Entries earned through qualifying product actions are subject to verification by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to determine whether an application, loan product, or other action qualifies for entry. Sweepstakes participation is not intended to encourage consumers to apply for credit they do not need.
B. Mail-In Entry
No Branch Visit, QR Code Scan, Account Opening, Loan Application, Loan Approval, or Loan Required
To enter without visiting a branch, scanning a QR code, opening an account, applying for a loan, receiving loan approval, or completing any other qualifying product action, hand-print your name, mailing address, daytime telephone number, email address, and preferred prize drawing — “Auto Loan Drawing” or “Mortgage/Home Equity Loan Drawing” — on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a sealed, stamped envelope to:

Each properly completed and received mail-in entry will count as two (2) Sweepstakes entries into the prize drawing identified on the 3" x 5" card. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per outer envelope.
If no preferred prize drawing is identified on the mail-in entry, Sponsor may assign the entry to one of the prize drawings at its sole discretion.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than July 31, 2026, and received by Sponsor no later than August 7, 2026, to be eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, illegible, postage-due, or mechanically reproduced entries, which will be disqualified. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
C. Entry Limits
Limit four (4) total entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry, including qualifying product entries and mail-in entries combined. Multiple entries beyond this limit will be disqualified.
Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, automated, third-party, or other means not permitted by these Official Rules are prohibited and will be disqualified.
4. Conduct
By entering Sweepstakes, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Entrants further agree to comply with and be bound by decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be violating these Official Rules, acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process, operation of the Sweepstakes, or legitimate operation of any Sponsor property, service, website, branch, or campaign link.
5. Prizes
Two (2) prizes will be awarded.
Prize 1: Mortgage/Home Equity Loan Drawing
One (1) winner will receive a $200.00 credit to their FIG Credit Union Membership Savings account. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $200.00.
Prize 2: Auto Loan Drawing
One (1) winner will receive a $50.00 credit to their FIG Credit Union Membership Savings account. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $50.00.
Prize credits will be deposited within approximately fifteen (15) business days after winner verification is completed and eligibility is confirmed.
If a winner does not have a FIG Credit Union Membership Savings account or is unable to receive the prize by account credit, Sponsor may award the prize by check or another method at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
No substitution, transfer, or assignment of prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes and any other costs not specifically stated in these Official Rules.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winner Selection: Two (2) potential winners will be selected in random drawings from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, including eligible mail-in entries received by the deadline stated in the Mail-In Entry section. One (1) potential winner will be selected from eligible Auto Loan Drawing entries, and one (1) potential winner will be selected from eligible Mortgage/Home Equity Loan Drawing entries.
The drawings will be conducted on or about August 7, 2026.
Odds: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each prize drawing.
Winner Notification: Potential winners will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact information provided at entry. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within a reasonable time period designated by Sponsor, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing.
Verification: Winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, where lawful, or other documentation requested by Sponsor before prize is awarded.
7. Winners List To request the winners’ names, available after winner verification is complete, send a written request with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
