If you are going through a divorce, experiencing an illness, or there is a death in the family, you may be having a hard time making your mortgage payment. Our Hardship Loan Assistance may be able to help you keep your home, even if you are past due on your Credit Union Real Estate Loan. Provide us with details of your financial status, including bank/Credit Union statements, paystubs, first and second mortgage documents, car loan statements and budget information and we can determine what options are available to you, including repayment or liquidation plans, or loan modifications.

Please contact our Collections Department at 800.877.2345, ext. 6197 or ext. 6198 for more information. We're available Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. PST. You can also contact the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) at 800.569.4287.

If you are having difficulty making a payment on your Credit Union vehicle loan, personal loan, credit card account, or line of credit, contact our Collection Department at 800.877.2345, ext. 6197 or ext. 6198 to discuss available options. Credit Union representatives are available Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. PT.
