Many eligible business owners may be able to join FIG Credit Union and open a business checking account during the same process. Once you have a business membership, adding a business checking account begins with confirming what your business needs and which account features, fees, and service requirements apply. Your business banking relationship manager or a member of our team can walk you through it.
The right account depends on your business’s size and transaction volume. Basic Business Checking fits solo practitioners and businesses just getting started. Advanced Business Checking fits growing businesses with more transactions and employees. Analyzed Business Checking is built for high-volume, established businesses needing sophisticated treasury management. Compare the features above to see which account fits your business—click select features for more details, or talk to our business banking team to find your fit.
There is no minimum opening deposit requirement to open a business checking account itself; however, an active Business Membership Savings account is required to become and maintain a business membership, which requires $5 to open.
