¹ Business Checking Incentive Program Disclosure
Offer. FIG Credit Union is offering a cash bonus of up to $1,500 to eligible business members who open a new business checking account between September 22, 2026 and December 31, 2026, and satisfy the deposit, maintenance, and activity requirements described below (the “Program”). The bonus amount is based on the tier reached, as follows: a deposit of $5,000–$14,999 qualifies for a $400 bonus (Tier 1); a deposit of $15,000–$49,999 qualifies for a $750 bonus (Tier 2); a deposit of $50,000–$99,999 qualifies for a $1,000 bonus (Tier 3); and a deposit of $100,000 or more qualifies for a $1,500 bonus (Tier 4).
Deposit requirement. To qualify for a given tier, the business must deposit the applicable minimum amount into the new business checking account within 30 days of account opening (the “Deposit Period”). Deposits may be made in increments during the Deposit Period if needed to reach the applicable threshold, provided each increment independently qualifies as new money. “New money” means funds not currently on deposit with FIG Credit Union. Transfers or reallocation of funds from existing FIG Credit Union accounts do not qualify. The Credit Union may review account activity during the 90 days preceding the deposit to determine whether funds were previously held at the Credit Union and subsequently withdrawn or transferred for the purpose of qualifying for the Program.
Maintenance requirement. The business must maintain the required minimum average daily balance for its tier in the account from day 31 through day 90 after account opening (the “Maintenance Period”).
Activity requirement. The business must complete any combination of five (5) qualifying transactions that post to the account within 90 days of account opening. Qualifying transactions include debit card purchases, ACH debits/credits, incoming and outgoing wires, bill pay, remote deposit capture (RDC) desktop deposits, and mobile deposits.
Additional requirements. The business must enroll in online banking and in e-statements, each within 90 days of account opening.
Bonus payout. Bonuses are paid up to 45 days after the end of the 90-day qualification period to businesses that have satisfied all Program requirements. Bonuses are deposited to the business member’s Business Membership Savings account.
Bonus eligibility limit. Limit one promotional incentive per Tax Identification Number (TIN).
Tax reporting. Bonuses paid under this Program are subject to applicable IRS tax reporting requirements. The Credit Union will report bonus payments to the extent required by law.
General Terms. The Credit Union reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this Program at any time; however, any such change will not adversely affect the eligibility of a business that opened an eligible account during the Promotion Period before the effective date of the change and otherwise satisfies the applicable Program requirements. Accounts that are closed or not in good standing before all Program requirements are satisfied are not eligible for a bonus.
